Order this item if you want us to send our 97-page, four-color catalog. If purchased alone, we will ship it to you via 1st Class Mail. The shipping fee will be adjusted* to $4.00 for catalogs mailed to U.S. addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii).  Catalog orders of three or more will be charged $12 in shipping.

If you are located in Canada the shipping fee will be $10.00.

If you are located in any other country the shipping fee for International First Class Mail will be $15.00*

U.S. customers only may use the Catalog Request link to request a FREE catalog. These are mailed via USPS Bulk Mail. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

Customer service manually processes each individual order, so the adjustment will not happen until the order is finalized by customer service.  Your card will collect the $12 (US) or more (International) until it is partially refunded.  This can take up to 2 business days.
