Called three days ago, talked to a wonderful young lady, told her a loaner hat given to me really didn't fit right. We discussed my problem, determined my fit, had one in stock, sent it out, and I received it today!! The standard black Tricrn trim is a great hat for my needs! I just received my Standard Wool Felt Tricorn White Hat. I could not be any happier with the product, service , assistance and speed of my order. I kept bouncing around what and with whom I should buy a Tricorn/Cocked hat. I was leaning toward this one with Townsends but just wasn't 100 % sure. I reached out to Angelina Funk in Customer Service and she answered all my questions and concerns. She even checked for me and there was one my size in stock. Measured the inside of the cap to make sure it fit my diameter that I told her. I was concerned because I was border line between one size and another. After that i placed the order and because she measured it , we knew it would fit. I contacted her and she put a hold on that hat for my purchase , knowing it would be a good fit.

The hat itself is amazing, just what I wanted. Fits perfect, looks good and very nice quality. Townsends is a top notch provider in my opinion and Angelina is an asset to your company. If you are one that has to research and can't make up your mind which company to purchase product from , so was I. However if this is how Townsends handles all their customers in my opinion , just go ahead and make that purchase. Townsends thank you for the beautiful hat and to whomever did it, well done. Please thank Angelina for me , she is exceptional .
