Specs spot on for Civil War era USN Officer’s Warm weather hat

Depending on the size, this turns out to be exact dimensions the regulation US naval officers straw hat for warm weather.

This page says twice that the hat is made in the usa, however it is made in China, definitely not worthe $42 plus S&H. Buy a hat at your local gas station, its probably going to be a better price at the same quality.
