When we first introduced the lined linen knapsack, we went through several revisions before we found how we wanted to make the knapsack.

This version is made in what we used to sell it in, which is the off-white linen. It also has the French seam that the regular, unlined canvas ones have. It will still hold up, there's no issues with that. Since this is a revision piece, you'll also find that the flaps do not line-up as they should, and fold over a little at the ends.
