This French Bodice is a great option for active little girls. This set comes with a a one-piece faux chemise with attached petticoat, a drawstring apron, a mob cap, and a French Bodice. The Bodice and apron are all detachable. Choose a bodice color from the drop down box. The petticoat will be a matching or complementary floral.  Available in Extra Small (20" skirt length , up to 24" chest), Small (24" skirt length, up to 27" chest), Medium (28 " skirt length, up to 30" chest), and Large (35" skirt length, up to 34 " chest).

If I could give a -5 , I would do it!

As a professional reenactor and fiberartist, I work at a colonial museum. We have a little volunteering girl whose mother bought this set. It's not colonial period at all. Neither the pattern, the material and how it's made. For me this is a crazy Halloween costume, you can wear it a day and than it's broken.. the chosen materials have a poor quality. The girl should wear a chemise, a petticoat, children's stays and a gown. This is as poor as almost all the costumes here. Shame on you!

Perfect outfit

I purchased this outfit a few years ago for my granddaughter. She wore it for several years at an annual Festifall event at the country home of Albert Gallatin. It was perfect. Now, I need to order a new size and I'm choosing the red choice again. I have the outfit in blue but I like the darker skirt that comes with the red vest (I think it works better if we have a rainy Festifall.)
