Color bleeds badly

Bought this for my daughter to wear around her neck at events. We washed it when we got but at her first event with it it turned her skin blue. Several people suggested how to “set the dye” so we did that. Second event, it bled again turning her neck, chest and chin blue. This time it also bled onto the edges of her short gown. It looks great and the size is perfect but we can’t get it to stop bleeding the dye

Kerchief / cravat

I have all intention of using this as a cravat and at times a scarf. It's extremely nice to look at, the is just what i was looking for.

I purchased this item to wear with my blue jean jacket . I wanted to give it a softer look. The Kerchief is just the look I wanted. I would recommend this one as well as the plain cotton modesty kerchief.
