Larger than my previous one, but fits fine

if you're doping a period impression, unless you're working in a saw mill you need a stock on your neck.

This basic item is comfortable, easy to use and inexpensive. hard to find fault with all that.

I ordered this back in 2017 and have worn it quite a bit, I did notice last time I wore it that the ends of the ties are starting to fray. But if you take some black thread and tie a knot just above the fray it solves the problem. A simple and quick fix.
