This Heavy Wool Felt hat is virtually equal in weight to our Premium Fur Felt Hats, but is available at a fraction of the cost. Crown is about 4” high. Due to the different sizes of crown per head measurement, the brim will vary anywhere from 4-1/2” to 5” wide. The larger the size, the shorter the brim will be. Fitted with a cotton liner. Typical of the revolutionary war or colonial period. Black wool felt hat cocked and trimmed in white or black linen (specify trim color when ordering). Rosette cockade with pewter button on left side. Available in 21-1/2" (Size 6-7/8) to 24 (Size 7-5/8). We highly recommend storing your hat on a hat stretcher (HS-2920).
