This is for orders with items with alterations that have been discussed with customer service prior to ordering and requires an additional amount when ordering online.

As a reminder on our alteration policy, your item will be returnable but there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee if the item is returned for a refund or exchange. If you have any other questions on the policy, please call or email us.
