Very well done, and not at all light subject matter, but every American would benefit from watching this film.

Truly inspiring

My wife and I were riveted by Carol’s performance. It brings to us the untold story of slavery in America. Kudos to all and thank you.

We were absolutley riveted, the entire 60 minutes!

Kudos, to the Jarboe's, the Wagner's, and Townsends for bringing such awesome story telling and living history into our living room! My wife and I loved this heartwarming tale of loss, hardship, travails, and hope. Having had a Patriot ancestor who fought in the American Revolutionary War, who came over from Germany as a four year indentured servant, farm worker, I came away with a new appreciation of just what an indentured servant was.
My wife, who is of Irish ancestry, loved it as well. I'm not saying, I'm just tellin' ya!
I am going to recommend this to my SAR compatriots, and my Navy buddies, and living history buffs as well. It would make a wonderful gift too.
I was left wanting more. I do hope you will continue the stories! I would pay more for this kind of living history story as well. Absolutely loved it!
We will be purchasing more as gifts. Thanks again, what a delight, and a bargain as well!

A heart wrenching story of hope

My wife and I went and seen the live performance of Maggie Delaney. It was funny, sad and gave you a feeling of wanting. By the end of the tale you are wanting her to taste freedom again
