It’s a left over from wheelbarrow week.  It is caricature, so you have to take that into consideration but still very interesting.   Special note – watch for that sailor hat again.  it is probably a worn out tricorn hat with the brim cut off almost entirely, it shows up frequently and at times looks very much like a bowler hat.
