These shoes all have some small issue with the construction and have been marked as factory defects.

In most cases we do not know what the defects are but in the case of the 12-1/2 heel I believe it is because the leather reinforcement on the heel is not centered. 

They have also been stored in a damp area and have all been affected by mold, this has been cleaned of but may make them more susceptible in the future.
