Outstanding quality
I purchased this in natural linen for everyday wear and the quality is superb. The extra size steps in ordering this makes the fit absolutely perfect and I love the card that was included indicating it was handmade by Aimee. Review by Mark (Posted on 6/23/2018)
GREAT 1800s waistcoat!!!
I bought this waistcoat in dark blue wool, probably five years ago. The material is top notch & the sewing is fantastic. I've used it for historical events, and even as an extra layer when winter hiking or snow-blowing the driveway. Historically, this is a versatile waistcoat: this style is illustrated on Illinois militiamen during the War of 1812 and as late as the Black Hawk War of 1832.
