Works great, gets warm

I picked up one of the earlier runs of these at an event Townsends was at a few weeks ago.
For being an inexpensive lil pipe, this works great. The bowl does get pretty warm to the touch during use, but that's to be expected with a clay pipe like this. It seems to be more durable than I initially thought it would be, too.

Won't Replace my Regulars, But Nice Pipe, Nonetheless

I am a pipe guy. This pipe is exactly as it appears in the photos. It has a seam that suggests it was made in a mold. All together a functional pipe, good draw, doesn't get too hot if you smoke it properly. Definitely meant for holding while you smoke and not for clinching due to the shape of the stem. Overall I'm impressed with the pipe, considering it's not coming from long-time pipe crafters. Won't replace my regulars, but will look good on the shelf with my other pipes and will be great for overnight reenacting trips.
