  1. Even the babes wore the low-cut dresses, I guess. But the wonderful talent of the artist really shows through, and after three centuries – just lovely!

  2. A pipe like that would have to have been made locally. No way a ceramic pipe with that long a stem could have been transported far without breakage. Why that long a stem, even if it was a tavern pipe?
