This Scottish cookbook includes such interesting recipes as Pasties, Crokain, Fairy Butter and Whetshone Cakes, and frequently uses the old Scottish term "Mutchkin" a liquid measure that is equivalent to a little less than a US pint. Also includes a section on brewing, distilling and wine making. A little over 200 pages of facsimilie text.
